Refund Policy
Growth services are time-based and customized. Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, reach out at least 48 hours in advance — we will find a solution that works.
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased, but never expire.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the session fee.
Digital products (setups, guides, downloadable resources) are final sale once delivered. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
