Below you’ll find the most common situations and how to fix them.

Quick Login Troubleshooting

(Not sure why you can’t log in? Follow these quick steps.)

Step 1 — How did you create your account?

Did you sign up using a social account like Google or Discord?

If yes:

Use the same social login button to access your account.

Accounts created using social login cannot be accessed using email and password.

If you created your account using email and password, go to Step 2.

Step 2 — Did you forget your password?

If you created your account using email and password but cannot log in:

Use the Forgot password option in the login form.

You will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.

If you do not receive the email:

  • check your Spam folder

  • check your Promotions tab (Gmail)

If the problem continues, go to Step 3.

Step 3 — Still unable to login?

If you tried the steps above and still cannot access your account, our team can help.

Reset your password

I forgot my password

If you registered using email and password, you can easily reset it.

  1. Click Forgot password in the login form

  2. Enter the email address used during registration

  3. Check your email inbox

  4. Follow the link to create a new password

If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.

I registered using Social Login (Google / Discord / etc.)

If you originally signed up using a social account, you must log in using the same provider.

For example:

  • Registered with Google → login with Google

  • Registered with Discord → login with Discord

You cannot access the account using email and password if it was created with social login.

I receive an “account not found” message

This usually means one of these things:

  • The email address is different from the one used during registration

  • The account was created using social login instead of email

  • There was a typo during registration

Try logging in using your social provider if you used one.

I didn’t receive the password reset email

Sometimes email providers delay or filter automated messages.

Please check:

  • Spam folder

  • Promotions folder (Gmail)

  • Other tabs or filters

If you still don’t receive the email, try requesting the password reset again.

My social login is not working

If social login fails:

  1. Make sure you are logged into the correct account on that platform

  2. Try logging out and back into the provider (Google / Discord / etc.)

  3. Refresh the page and try again

You can also try using a different browser.

I just created an account but cannot login

In most cases this happens because:

  • The account was created with social login

  • The email used during registration is different

Try logging in with the same method used to create the account.

Why can’t I log in with my email and password?

If you registered using social login (Google, Discord, etc.), your account is linked to that provider. You must log in using the same social login button.

Can I switch from social login to email login?

In most cases the account remains connected to the social provider used during registration. If you need help changing your login method, contact support.

Can I create multiple accounts?

We recommend using a single account. If you accidentally created multiple accounts, contact support and we will help you resolve the issue.
